- 1 Peppermint tea bag
- 1 Milk thistle tea bag
Directions
- 2-4 cups boiling hot water to make the tea but can serve over ice
- Agave nector or stevia to sweeten
- Perfect before work out tea, stimulates fat burning and increases blood flow to those fatty areas
