Shipping policy

 

East West Essentials offers a number of domestic and international shipping options. Simply select the appropriate shipping option for delivery during checkout. The cost for shipping is based upon the total order weight and MSRP.

United States (48 contiguous United States)

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days. Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). We determine the carrier based on weight and MSRP. Expected delivery transit time is 1-10 business days, unless you chose expedited shipping. If your shipment is lost or damaged by the shipping company, we cannot be responsible.

APO/FPO Customers

For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) only. Standard delivery time frames do not apply to APO/FPO shipments. Please expect 6-10 business days for delivery.

Hawaii and Alaska Customers

For Hawaii or Alaska addresses, all orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) only. Standard delivery time frames do not apply to Hawaii or Alaska shipments. Please expect 6-10 business days for delivery.

Tracking Number

We will send an email to the address you provide with a tracking number to let you know when your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

Order Calculation

Please email us your shipping address and the desired items you would like to order. We will email you back your shipping cost and order total. Your total will be calculated in US dollars and will not be inclusive of duties and taxes, if they exist, from the US to your selected international destination.

Payment

Once you receive our email with the order total and you approve, you may call in or email us your credit card information. Your order will then be processed within 1-2 business days.

Order Status

You may track your order at any time using your tracking number provided to you in your email at USPS.com. Or if you would like, you can check the status of your order, by emailing us at info@eastwestessentials.com.

Customs, Tariffs And Taxes

Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
