Ingredients

  • 1 lemon
  • 12 oz. water
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
  • Cinnamon to taste

Directions

Cut a lemon in half and squeeze into 12 oz. of water. Bring to a boil, lemon peel included. Sprinkle with a pinch of cayenne pepper. You can also add ginger and cinnamon to taste.
